Shipping Policy

1. Overview

All fine-art prints are produced on demand using archival-quality materials. Each print is carefully inspected, packaged with protective materials, and shipped via insured courier to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

2. Production Time

Please allow 10-15 business days for production before your order ships. Each print is individually produced and quality-checked. Framed prints and acrylic face-mounts may require additional production time. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (Australia): Delivery within 5-10 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping (Australia): Delivery within 2-5 business days after dispatch. International Shipping: Delivery within 10-20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on print size, weight, and destination. Orders over $500 AUD ship free within Australia. International shipping rates vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Packaging

Unframed prints are shipped in rigid mailer tubes or flat protective packaging depending on size. Framed prints and canvas wraps are boxed with corner protectors and foam cushioning. Acrylic and metal prints are packaged in custom-fit protective boxes.

7. Damaged Items

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Keep all packaging materials for inspection if requested.

8. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.

9. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Delivery timeframes for international orders are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.
