Returns & Refunds

1. Print Returns
Given the custom-made nature of our fine-art prints, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing preferences. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. The item must be in its original packaging. Returns must be authorised by Moda Shutterworx before being sent back.
3. Return Process
Contact us at meetmohitp@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for damaged items.
4. Resolution Options
For approved returns, we offer either: (a) A replacement print shipped at no additional cost, or (b) A full refund to your original payment method. The choice of resolution is at our discretion based on the nature of the issue and product availability.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
6. Digital Products
Digital downloads and licensed digital files are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues with a digital product, please contact us for assistance.
7. Workshop Cancellations
Workshop cancellation policies are detailed on our Workshop Policy page. Please refer to that page for specific information about workshop refunds and rescheduling.
8. Exclusions
The following are not eligible for return or refund: change of mind, incorrect size ordered, items damaged due to improper handling after delivery, and digital products after download. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
